Shipping & Returns (EU)

Shipping Location

All EU and UK orders are shipped from our EU warehouse in Sweden.

This means:

  1. EU orders: No customs duties or import taxes.
  2. UK orders: UK VAT and import duties are included in the price (see UK section below).

United Kingdom (VAT & Duties Included)

We now ship all UK orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

This means:

  • ✅ UK VAT is included in the price you see at checkout.

  • ✅ Import duties are included.

  • ✅ There are no additional UPS handling fees to pay on delivery.

  • ✅ You will not be contacted by UPS for payment before delivery.

The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

We handle all import formalities and tax payments directly with
HM Revenue & Customs

So your order arrives without delays or surprise charges.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 11:00 EET (business days) are usually dispatched the same day.

All orders ship within 1-2 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.

Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you do not see it.

Delivery Times

Typical delivery times:

  • Sweden: 1-3 business days
  • EU: 2-5 business days
  • UK: 2-7 business days (plus customs clearance time)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email from UPS.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and respond to any courier requests.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU or UK)

Orders shipped outside the EU or UK, may be subject to:

  • Import VAT
  • Customs duties
  • Courier handling fees

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for:

  • Original shipping cost
  • Return shipping cost
  • Any customs or handling fees

These costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

We offer free returns within 60 days for EU customers.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in new condition, unless there is a clear defect to the product upon opening the box. 
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable
  • Contact us to arrange your return.

Once shipped, WESN is not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or lost packages.

We will assist where possible, but replacements or refunds can only be issued once the courier investigation is complete.
