We offer free EU shipping on all orders over €85.
Shipping location
All EU and UK orders are shipped from our EU warehouse in Sweden. EU orders carry no customs duties or import taxes.
Processing and dispatch
- Orders placed before 11:00 (Swedish time) on business days are usually dispatched the same day.
- All orders ship within 1-2 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with UPS tracking once dispatched. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you do not see it.
Delivery times
- Sweden: 1-3 business days
- EU: 2-5 business days
- UK: 2-7 business days, plus customs clearance time

United Kingdom (VAT and duties included)
All UK orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). UK VAT and import duties are included in the price you see at checkout, there are no additional UPS handling fees on delivery, and you will not be contacted by UPS for payment. We handle all import formalities and tax payments directly with HM Revenue & Customs.
Customs, duties and taxes outside the EU and UK
Orders shipped outside the EU or UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and courier handling fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Refused shipments
If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost and any customs or handling fees. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
Returned to sender
If your package has been marked “Return to Sender”, please contact our Customer Service team.

Once shipped, WESN is not responsible for courier delays, customs delays or lost packages. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and respond to any courier requests. Our Customer Service team will assist where possible, but replacements or refunds can only be issued once the courier investigation is complete.
